A first look at the "Power & Glow" visuals!

Hi Reader.

I’ve been a little quiet on this end lately, but for a good reason...I’m deep in the editing stage for my upcoming project, Power & Glow.

Last week, I stepped in front of the lens to capture the visuals that will anchor this new chapter. It was rewarding to see the recipes and wellness concepts move from my kitchen to the professional frame, and I wanted you to be the first to see a glimpse of the results.

One of my favorite moments from the shoot was capturing the vibrant, golden pour of saffron. Beyond the incredible flavor and color, saffron is a natural mood lifter and antioxidant. Just a small amount can go a long way in supporting both your focus and your vitality.

Along with the book editing, I’m also working on a fresh digital home at BitaArabian.com. This will be a central hub where my recipes, coaching services, and podcast episodes all live together in one place.

I’ll be sure to share more updates as we get closer to the summer book launch and services bundling. Thank you for being part of this community and for following along with this evolution!

With love, gratitude, and warmth,

Bita

P.S. Our latest Modern Persian Food episode, "Eating on Repeat," just dropped today! We’re diving into the meals we can’t get enough of lately—it's a great companion for your Wednesday kitchen prep. You can listen right here: podcast Episode 188

P.P.S. If you know someone who could use a little extra "glow" or kitchen inspiration in their life, feel free to forward this email to them! Growing this community together means the world to me.

🍂 Coffee Date, Fall Food Finds ☕ Hi Reader! I’m back and settling into the energy of fall after a special multi-generational trip. My husband Bob, our daughters Leyla and Ava, and my 86-year-old mom, Maman Minoo, all explored the streets of London and Paris together over the last few weeks. This trip was a chance to travel in a “shoulder” month, off-season, now that both girls are officially done with school. Our younger daughter, Ava, joined us from New York, where she’s loving her new role...

Hello Reader! It’s been a minute since I’ve posted a new recipe. Between diving deep into my health coaching studies with NBHWC (National Board for Health and Wellness) and podcasting for Modern Persian Food, my kitchen has been a little quieter on the sharing front. But lately, I’ve had one recipe on repeat—so much so that I simply can’t keep it to myself any longer. This isn’t just any fall recipe; it’s my Pumpkin Pistachio Crunch. And while the name might sound like granola, let’s be...
