In my health coaching practice, a common focus with clients has been finding balance during busier, active summer months, with navigating travel and keeping our energy stable without losing sight of our routines. Speaking of summer energy, things are moving quickly with the website hub Bita Arabian - it's almost complete with just a couple of place holders for the upcoming cookbook, Power & Glow. Speaking of the book, we are officially in the design phase, and seeing the layouts come together has been super exciting. I can't wait for it to be finished and hold it in my hands, yet I want it to be the best version it can be. I'm trying to be patient while taking advantage of all the opportunities for fine-tuning and edits. With the warm weather here, it is also peak outdoor dining season. On this week's upcoming episode of the Modern Persian Food podcast (Episode 190), Beata and I are diving into Persian-style picnics. We share our favorite ways to pack a Persian picnic basket with ideas that travel easily while keeping things light and nourishing.
